Our Story

The ``why`` behind Tailwind Creative
As mental health coaches, we walk alongside clients through some of their most vulnerable moments. We know the importance of safety, trust, and clarity when someone is deciding to reach out for support. But too often, coaches and therapists lose potential clients, not because they lack skill or heart, but because their brand or website doesn’t reflect the warmth and quality of care they bring to their practice. That’s why we founded Tailwind Creative: to help you connect with the people who need you most.

Liz specializes in branding and web design, and loves honing her illustration skills. She holds a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and has worked in a variety of different design-related positions. Like Cara, she is also a HUGE fan of bubble tea, animals, nutrition and fitness.

Co-Founder & Designer

Specializing in branding, visual design, and illustration, Cara has a passion for helping businesses scale with bold design. She holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Digital Art, and has designed for brands big and small. Loves drinking bubble tea, paddle boarding, and attending airshows in her spare time.
